SOFTEC Crimean‐Congo Hemorrhagic Fever Virus (CCHFV) Real Time RT-PCR Kit is used for the detection of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus in whole blood of human by using real time PCR systems. Crimean–Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF) is a viral disease. Symptoms of CCHF may include fever, muscle pains, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, and bleeding into the skin. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems’ optical unit during the PCR.
